Patrick Davis

Vice President

Client Liaison, Case Coordinator, Civil Process

James is uniquely qualified to serve as our Team Leader. His distinguished military service*, law enforcement background, education, and criminal investigation experiences expand over 40 years. During his early military career, James was selected as an elite Special Forces Green Beret and served one and a half tours of duty in Vietnam. He was then appointed as an Army Criminal Investigator Special Agent, working special assignments as an undercover narcotics agent, operating throughout Europe and the Middle East.  Upon completion of a nine year DEA Narcotics Task Force assignment, James was assigned as the CID Counter-Terrorism Coordinator for all of Europe. He assisted in the personal protection of the Secretary of Defense, Harold Brown (1980-1981); and close in protection for Secretary of Defense, Casper Weinberger during his many visits to the Middle East and surrounding Mediterranean countries. In the latter years of his CID assignments, James worked with the FBI on special fraud investigation task force operations in Detroit, Michigan and Corpus Christi, Texas.

In 1991, James joined the law enforcement community and obtained his Texas Peace Officer commission. Initially serving as a reserve police officer serving warrants and assisting in patrol measures, James shared his time and skill set with the private security sector. His position as a senior Security Manager for Diamond Shamrock/Ultra Mart convenience stores consisted of extensive employee security training, internal investigations, and proactive anti-theft and anti-robbery initiatives covering a five state area.  In 1995 through 2000, James returned to policing and spent those years in police management.

For the next decade, James re-entered the private security sector and served as Security Director for three of the largest malls in the United States managing and leading a security and police detachment of officers at Metro Center Mall; San Francisco Centre, and MacArthur Centre. Upon his return to Texarkana, Texas, he joined the Whelan Security Group to operate the security force at the largest American Paper Mill (DOMTAR).

After earning his Master's Degree in Education, James and Mary decided that individual clients, corporations, and attorneys could benefit from the impressive experience and techniques, James, and his selectively trained team of investigators, have to offer in the realm of private investigations.

Meet our team:  Thorough investigations by thoroughly dedicated professionals.
